Alan M. Braverman

Mr. Braverman is an executive advisor and merchant banker. He has been an Institutional Investor, a Wall Street Journal ranked analyst, a Managing Director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors for several investment banks, and a Managing Director for US Trust, where he was responsible for private equity investments in the communications industry. Previously, he served as President at NBC Internet, majority owned and later acquired by General Electric. Prior to that, Mr. Braverman was a senior manager at US West (Qwest), where he founded and ran the company's first Internet business and launched its Russian cellular telephone company.
